Tie tack is popular in the U.S., too.

tie tack

The popular tie tack.

It is a decorative pin for neckties using metal fittings that are slightly different from tie pins.

I didn’t even know they existed until a customer told me about them.

As you can see in the photo above, the clasp that holds the needle has a chain and a clasp that hooks onto the shirt button, which is good for preventing the clasp from falling off.

I wonder if tie tacks are popular among Americans, and sometimes I get orders for them.

If you have a chance, I would like to ask which is more popular, tie pins or tie tacks.

The beauty of tie tucks, in my opinion, is that the metal fittings are not visible.

And the decorations are simple and unobtrusive.
The popular tie tack pins (tie bars) show the metal fittings of the clip, so I recommend tie tuck pins for a subtle accent.

The downside is that the tie is fastened with a needle.

If you don’t like the idea of needle holes, you may not be so bothered with knit ties.

I also recommend this as a gift. Please take a look.
